Gallant Venture Ltd
Gallant Venture Ltd is a public-listed company in Singapore focusing on commercial development and growth opportunities in the Riau Archipelago of Indonesia.
Since our establishment in the 1990s, we have been an important innovator in four key business segments, namely utilities, industrial parks, resort operations and property development. As an integrated master planner and developer for the industrial parks and resorts in Batam and Bintan, we also develop, own and manage Batamindo Industrial Park in Batam and Bintan Industrial Estate in Bintan. Both industrial parks are home to many MNCs with regional headquarters based in Singapore. Our major shareholders are Indonesia’s Salim Group and Singapore’s Sembcorp Development Ltd.
PT. Bintan Resort Cakrawala
Bintan Resort Cakrawala (BRC) as subsidiaries of Gallant Venture Ltd is the island operational arm of Bintan Resorts International which master plans and manages Bintan Resorts. Its roles include estate management, utilities provision, operations management, events, business and community development.
Function and Responsibilities
ELECTRIC SUPPLY
We generate and deliver power to our varied tenants within Bintan Resorts that is designed with system redundancy to cope with potential surges in electricity consumption
POTABLE WATER
We provide treated water from the water treatment plant, a potable water supply system with the WHO standard is distributed to all resort areas.
FERRY TERMINAL
PT. Bintan Resort Cakrawala manages the operation of Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal, a privately owned ferry terminal, located right in the heart of Bintan Resorts
