Port Operation Attendant will be responsible for reservation process of a guest. They key of this role is to provides a good services during their time of made a reservation, payment, and other process in our Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.

Qualification:
- Min. Senior High School (SMA) or graduated from Diploma (DI) will be preferred
- Having a good skill in customer service
- Speaks English fluently. Mandarin speaking will be preferable
- Computer literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)
- Having good appearance and interpersonal skill
- Creative, active, and a self-driven person with good character of personalities
